First Home Builders

Building your first home is a major milestone. Vastu Constructions works with Melbourne first home buyers who want a clear pathway from land and design decisions through to construction.

Start by understanding your land, household requirements and priorities. Consider bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, storage, outdoor areas and future needs before choosing a design.

Our home-design collection provides single storey and double storey starting points. A design should work with your block, not simply look attractive online.

First home buyers should also understand that a construction budget may involve more than the headline build figure. Depending on the project, there can be costs associated with site conditions, services, design, approvals, selections and other requirements.

Our process is structured around design and planning, construction and handover. The exact requirements depend on the site and project.

If you are looking for a first home builder in Melbourne, bring your land details, design ideas and questions to a consultation with Vastu Constructions.
