Custom Home Builders

A custom home gives you the opportunity to design around the way you actually live. Vastu Constructions works with Melbourne homeowners who want a residence that responds to their block, household and priorities.

Custom planning can consider kitchen and living relationships, bedroom privacy, storage, work-from-home areas, entertaining, outdoor connection and future flexibility.

Your site is part of the design. Width, depth, orientation, access and surrounding properties can influence what is practical.

Customisation does not have to mean unnecessary complexity. A good brief identifies the features that will make the biggest difference to everyday life and builds the design around those priorities.

Architectural character can then be developed through the facade, materials, windows, doors, roofing, cabinetry and other finishes.

If you are researching custom home builders in Melbourne, contact Vastu Constructions to discuss your land, lifestyle and preferred design direction.
